As a procurement industry veteran Phillip has worked with a range of leading brands, such as Novartis, Kraft Heinz and Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Phillip talks to us about his journey, the immense change that he has witnessed in the industry and also some tips for the new procurement professionals!  

Phillip offers his perspective on the challenges and changing dynamics taking place in the profession and, in his opinion, what all procurement professionals should do to set themselves up for success in their careers.
