27/03/2020

NEW DELHI – 27 March 2020The Smart Cube, a global provider of research and analytics solutions, has been certified as a Great Place to Work, for the third year running, by the Great Place To Work® Institute. This year’s assessment include more than 10,000 organisations across 60+ countries against the institute’s rigorous methodology, which is considered to be the gold standard for defining great workplaces across businesses, academia and government organisations.

Commenting on the achievement, Gaurav Kumar, Chief Operating Officer, The Smart Cube, said: “Receiving The Great Place to Work certification for the third year in a row is a testament that our people are our greatest asset. We are focused on creating an inspiring and collaborative work environment that attracts and nurtures the industry’s top talent. Congratulations to all our employees on getting this prestigious recognition.”

Two-thirds of the total score was based on an anonymous employee survey that measured the underlying level of trust within The Smart Cube. This was evaluated using the Trust Index Model, comprising five parameters – the level of employees’ trust in the leadership team, employees’ pride in their work, their perception of credibility and respect for people they work with, the opportunities for growth, and the camaraderie. One-third was based on the Great Place To Work® Institute’s assessment of The Smart Cube’s policies and work done within the evaluation year.

Sushma Rana, Chief Human Resources Officer, The Smart Cube, added: “Getting certified as a Great Place to Work once again accelerates our goal to be an employer of choice. The Smart Cube’s foundation is built on its people, values and culture – deeply connected by trust, thus driving high performance and employee engagement. We have always been a company powered by its people who bring the finest talents and diverse cultural backgrounds, but all working for a common strategic goal towards making the firm a great place to work.
