The Smart Cube certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’

16/07/2018

NEW DELHI – 16 July 2018: The Smart Cube, an award-winning global provider of research and analytics solutions, has been certified as a Great Place to Work, by the Great Place To Work® Institute. Over 700 organisations across more than 20 industries were assessed against the institute’s rigorous methodology, which is considered to be the gold standard for defining great workplaces across businesses, academia and government organisations.

Two-thirds of the total score was based on an anonymous employee survey that measured the underlying level of trust within The Smart Cube. This was evaluated using the Trust Index Model, comprising five parameters – the level of employees’ trust in the leadership team, employees’ pride in their work, their perception of credibility and respect for people they work with, the opportunities for growth, and the camaraderie. One-third was based on the Great Place To Work® Institute’s assessment of The Smart Cube’s policies and work done within the evaluation year.

Commenting on the achievement, Gautam Singh, CEO and Co-Founder, The Smart Cube, said: “The Great Place to Work certification is a testament that our employees are our greatest assets. We are all very proud, particularly because many of the benchmarks for this award are closely aligned to our own values. Congratulations to all employees on this fantastic news.”

Sushma Rana, Chief Human Resources Officer, The Smart Cube, added: “Our people, values and culture are some of our strongest pillars, and we’ve been successful in building a workplace where employees are heard, they trust their leaders and there is great camaraderie. This recognition is a boost to our entire team, and I want to thank each and every one of our employees for their enormous efforts in making The Smart Cube such a great place to work.

“Trust is lauded as the defining principle of great workplaces, as the organisations are recognised based on an objective methodology. Clearly, the study recognises companies that put their people first and are committed to providing strong, caring and inspiring cultures.”
