A case study competition to attract young problem-solvers

NEW DELHI –  6 August 2019: The Smart Cube, an award-winning global provider of research and analytics solutions, and a 2019 Great Place to Work, announces the launch of Resolvr 2019 – A Case Study Competition.

Now in its 5th edition, building on four years of successful implementation, the competition is open to all final year students of engineering, MBA and postgraduate colleges in India. Students must form teams of four, register between 12 August and 1 September 2019, and submit their entries during 4–8 September.

Resolvr 2019 invites case studies under two distinct categories: Research and Data Analytics. The ten best submissions from each category will be shortlisted and evaluated on multiple criteria – including level of research and analysis, clarity of thought, use of business English, and presentation skills.

The top three winners for each category will be announced on 16 October. The winning teams will collectively receive cash prizes worth INR 100,000 (for each category), and individuals will have the opportunity to attend pre-placement interviews.

Resolvr 2018 saw participation from over 1,000 students from renowned colleges across India. Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Trichy, won the first prize in the Data Analytics category and Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, won the first prize in the Research category.

Sushma Rana, Chief Human Resources Officer, The Smart Cube, said: “We’ve seen Resolvr grow in popularity among the top colleges in India over the past four years.
